Crescent Duck Farm, located in nearby Aquebogue, was started in 1908 by Henry Corwin who began by purchasing 30 breeding ducks. The land the duck farm is located on has a brackish creek that is crescent shaped, hence the naming Crescent Duck Farm. The farm was initially 25 acres, but over time and generations The Corwin family has purchased neighboring land making the current farm over six times it’s original size. Our relationship started twelve years ago with The Corwin family at Crescent Duck Farm. It all started in our first restaurant in Greenport with our very first menu featuring┬áPan Roasted Local Crescent Farm Duck Breast with Pear, Sundried Cherry and Fig Chutney and Jasmine Rice Pilaf and the rest is history…
