Welcome back Autumn with all of it’s rich harvests and splendor of colors!  My favorite time of year by far; Autumn has so many flavors and spices to offer!  Our seasonal favorites are well remembered to enjoy this year like the Pear Ginger Cocktail, the Cranberry Mojito and of course the Spiced Apple Cider Martini, but I’ve added something very special to the mix that I know will please even the most discerning palate.

The Pumpkin Martini…I’ve been challenged with this recipe for years.  My goal to stay away from the usual viscous, fake-orange colored drink paid off with my patience and perseverance with the Chefs to create for me a house-made pumpkin puree that far exceeds any faux pumpkin liqueur you get out of a bottle.  Tackling the flavor profiles of sweet and spicy without overpowering either side was my next challenge.  I finally found a phenomenal crème rum liqueur called Rum Chata.   This liqueur, mixed with our puree and some more top shelf liquors promises to warm the senses and deliver one of the best Pumpkin Martinis you’ve ever enjoyed!

I am so pleased to finally introduce one of Autumn’s most popular cocktails…done Fifth Season style!  Enjoy!
