 Chefs John & Erik will focus on locally farmed foods that are not typically abundant for entire seasons.   

 The 4 Course Dinner will highlight hyper-seasonal items chosen from the Port Jefferson Farmer’s Market that week.            Guest speaker, Hal Goodale, a local Farmer from Goodale Farms will be at the Dinner to talk about his techniques and philosophies on Long Island Farming. He will also discuss his products included on the menu that evening.
