Chef’s Farmer’s Market Dinner

 Chefs John & Erik will focus on locally farmed foods that are not typically abundant for entire seasons.   

 The 4 Course Dinner will highlight hyper-seasonal items chosen from the Port Jefferson Farmer’s Market that week.   Guest speakers,  Bob and Denise Andrews, from Andrews Family Farm in Wading River will be at the Dinner to talk about his techniques and philosophies on Long Island Farming. He will also discuss his products included on the menu that evening. Suggested Local Craft Beer and Wine Pairings available for purchase.
