Fifth Season’s Chef John Urbinati focuses on recipes & food pairings to compliment the hand-crafted beers from Barrier Brewing Company.  Bobby Carlo of Barrier Brewing Company will be at the Dinner to talk about their techniques and philosophies on Craft Brewing. He will also discuss the beers included on the menu that evening.
